At Yellow Mountain Imports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all game pieces, instruction manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at a designated shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
